        I contacted Birchtree Cattery for support in an emergency situation, where I had to leave town really quickly for an unknown amount of time as my father was taken ill. Throughout an incredibly stressful time for me, the staff at Birchtree were so helpful, so supportive, flexible with my booking, and went above and beyond to take care of my very anxious little cat. I really can't say a big enough thank you to them. Would 100% recommend their establishment!

        Fantastic service, couldn't recommend highly enough! Marissa and the team are brilliant, took good care of our Ted, gave us regular updates and even stayed late so we could pick him up after a flight. 5 star service!!
