        Dreadful staff on Thursday 12th January. I was on crutches so struggling with my bag payment etc at the self service. Maybe offer to help instead of rolling your eyes and making sarcastic comments and opening the tills

        Love the boots store in Newcastle Airport there have want i need its a shame they don't have a a massive section of beauty products the staff are really friendly and helpful.

        Jackque was amazing and really helpful at making sure i got as many advantage card points as possible. So instead of getting 100points (1) I got 500 points (5) wich was well worth playing with the app for. She was so helpful and a big credit to there team there. Well done .

        First time using the online pick up.service from the airport. Very busy in store, however, received service second to none from a lovely lady called Myra. Part of my order was missing. Myra went out of her way to locate it (it had been stored in the A's rather than W). Thank you for the fantastic service and will definitely recommend and use again.

        This is a busy store, however on my recent visit I was looking at the lip care balms and tints but a bit unsure if which to choose. A huge thank you to Jackie who took the time to help and advise me in my choice. So much appreciated sometimes there is too much choice so difficult to choose the right one for you. Great customer service thank you.
