Travelling with this airline for past 20 years I used to love Travelling with Emirates but after last two journeys never again staff is so unhelpful and rude any problems there is no help desk if you ring help line they simply cut you off after telling you they are extremely busy can't take your call . I meant to fly last night had a valid pcr test with date on they just refused me to board because there was no time mentioning on the report I called the lab and got a new report in my email then they said the template is not good enough I requested them to rebook me they said call your agent now my agent told me they put me as no show passenger in their system wich means I have to pay another 400 . Its rip off stay away from this airline

Dont use this airline. They rip you off and contradict policy. Use Qatar or someone else. Totally rip off, only interested in image. Ill never fly Emirates again.

Used Emirates for our recent holiday to Australia, had been going to use Singapore airlines for flights. Not a mistake Emirates business was 5*,it starts with the limo and only get better, you stood up stretch your legs they were there to ask could they help. The amenities kits on the overnights are spot on and its worth a walk to the bar at the rear
