        Many thanks to Tina for helping me make significant progress dealing with low mood, anxiety and chronic pain. Ive been able to reframe my thoughts and life feels much more positive. Tina is very supportive and I enjoyed our sessions. EMDR can be challenging but is definitely worth it

        I have to give a wholehearted 5* review to Tina and the EMDR & CBT centre. She has enabled me to understand and overcome a very specific set of memories which have been causing me difficulties at work for many years. I am quite open minded but was doubtful whether EMDR would be for me. I couldnt have been more wrong. Thank you Tina!
