    I would not buy from Gaia; my heating has been off for a week and i have called them 3 TIMES and each time they promise to call back and send someone. In this cold whether we have no heating upstairs and some down - with a child in a bed, it's not ideal. I don't trust the positive comments given 8 days of minimal heating and no response. Maybe try the Underfloor Heating store who have amazing reviews on Trustpilot (Gaia aren't even on Trustpilot)

    Only called for some information regarding putting the power cable and the sensor cable in the same conduit, quick response and email confirmation to let the builders know it not a problem, also very happy with the ufh mats with the help of a hot glue gun to fix it down

    I contacted Gaia Underfloor Heating to try and resolve ongoing issues we've been having with an inherited wet underfloor heating system. I was extremely disappointed with the response - the person I spoke with really didn't seem at all interested in advising me, or setting out their services. They certainly didn't want my business, despite me explaining we wanted to upgrade our control system and stats, and needed professional help with maintenance and resolving problems with the day-to-day functioning of our system. I tried to be as clear and concise as I could be. The response was to basically be told to search online for components and get an electrician in. When I enquired about a maintenance call out I was told it would be an initial charge of 300+VAT! My experience of Gaia is at total odds to the slick and misleading marketing of their online profiles.
