The carers deserve 5 stars if I could rate them separately. However the management leaves a lot to be desired. Rotas were not always emailed in time & carers were arriving up to an hour late of their allotted time & I therefore had to cancel a visit when I PHONED THEM TO FIND OUT WHEN THE ALLOTTED CARER WAS LATE , THEY NEVER HAD THE COURTESY TO LET ME KNOW BY TELEPHONE WHEN ALLOTTED CARER WAS GOING TO BE LATE & BECAUSE I NEVER GAVE 48 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL I WAS GIVEN NOTICE THAT THEY WERE NOT GOING TO SUPPLY A CARER . ok I understand due to the Pandemic they were struggling to provide carers, but they could still have let me know on the morning of a visit being late, by telephone. I am pleased to say I have found a carer myself who is providing excellent care for my wife .
