        Great service from Woolpit health centre yesterday despite being busy. I phoned to request a telephone consultation which was arranged by a friendly receptionist. Dr. James phoned back 90min later. He has great bedside manner and I was very satisfied in how he dealt with my issue. I had to collect meds from the pharmacy which was quite busy but the staff was efficient and friendly. Thanks Woolpit Health Centre for the great and friendly service!

        Absolutely shockingly rude response from whoever answered my call. As a mother calling about her adult son whom has a serious condition and had a very dangerous episode, too be asked in the rudest way why cant your son call followed by why cant his partner call it felt like I was absolutely doing the wrong thing! Also what does it matter who calls when someone is in serious medical situation . I hope someone is more compassionate to you if you were in this situation! Awful lady.

        WOOLPIT HEALTHCENTRE IS THE WORST GP I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, THE RECEPTOPNISTS 'TRAINED CALL OPERATORS' ARE EXTREMLY SLOW AND DO NOT HELP WHATSOEVER, DO AVOID CONTACT WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS THEY R MOODY AND UNHELPFUL
