I just wanted to thank Nigel at Welwyn Roofbox Hire for the excellent service that we received. Wed recently purchased some products from a large retailer and some parts were incorrect and they couldnt rectify for 7 days. We were due to go away the following day. I phoned up Welwyn Roofbox Hire and he had what we needed in stock and even met me on a Sunday. His knowledge and level of service was so much better than Id received from the large retailer. Bought my own roofbars/fittings and had issues assembling it all together. Emailed Nigel and, whilst not necessarily an official service offered, he was more than happy to take the time out to help assemble everything and run me through the process of safely fitting and removing the roofbars. Thoroughly professional throughout and couldn't recommend highly enough.
