        We didnt have a good experience with this letting agency, once the deposit was taken, we felt he wasnt interested in listening to any of our concerns with regards to the property, he's now not being very helpful with the problem of getting our deposit back, (not actually held by intelligent lettings), legal advice is bring sought with regards to the problem of the deposit being refunded by deposit company. Update.... We finally recieved our deposit back but not with any help from this letting agency.
