Fry Fry

Visiting the caravan park and after going to the evening entertainment with my kids, this was one of the only places open. Thought Id give it a go, can genuinely say I wish I hadnt. Ordered food about 8:05 and paid with card, no problems so far until I quickly realised I hadnt ordered garlic sauce, Asked if I could order some and was told minimum spend was 5, despite me having just bought food and paying on card the lady refused to let me buy garlic sauce on card. Then came the wait, 20/25 minutes for a pizza and large chips The phone was ringing circa 8:20 and having looked online before going up it closes at 8:30, so instead of answering the phone and taking an order or answering the query, she decides to just turn the phone off at the plug! Great customer service! Photo attached showing both plugs turned off! Eventually we get our food and go back to the caravan to eat it, comments below Pizza: burnt edges, pizza sauce was far too thick and the base wasnt event remotely cooked due to what I can only assume was the thick pile of pizza sauce covering it. Chips: despite asking for a large, they really wasnt that many in the tiny box received, not sure if it was due to the time we ordered and how close it was to closing, the only way I can describe the vast majority of the chips is as toenail chips, those small skinny little edges with basically no potato on them. All in all a pretty horrific experience from start to finish and vast majority of the food ended up in the bin.

Best place in wooler for a takeaway in my opinion, food is always made exactly how I like it without fail and the customer service is on point! Staff are exceptionally polite and friendly! Hit these guys up if youre in the area, you wont regret it!
