        An ok place to stay for short periods. Would suit younger couples, with children, due to two flights of stairs. Kitchen is a bit on the small size, with a shower and toilet off. There is a bathroom upstairs, with toilet, but again a bit on the cramped side, due to it being an on-suite to a double bedroom. Wooler seems to be a nice market town with everything you should need.

        We forgot to write in the visitors book so here goes.... Lovely village, perfect base for exploring this beautiful area. The house had everything we needed, plenty of space, comfy beds, 2 bathrooms. Loads of books and DVDs for the kids (I didn't bring my kids, hurrah!!) A small but pretty courtyard for evening drinks, I would definitely recommend! Joanna and Jules xx
