Disappointed when we arrived. I had booked room 1 which is on the ground floor. This was deliberate as it saved my friend 2 flights of steep stairs. When we arrived we were told we weren't in room 1 but in room 3 up those 2 flights of stairs. To say we were annoyed is an understatement. It put a damper on what had been a lovely few days away. The owners did admit it was their error. That really didn't help as we had paid in advance. I am sure if we hadn't already paid we would have just left and drove home. A huge disappointment.
