        These guys are cheeky sods they said I couldnt have a board then they did and they were utterly rude and obnoxious to me what a horrible experience.

        Rented two paddle boards at 30 / 2hr each. When we got to the sea we realised the ankle straps velcro was worn out so did not function at all and one of the paddles was lacking a wrist strap. They had attached the leash of the paddle to the board instead which made it virtually impossible to properly paddle with. All in all, very frustrating. However, when we returned and alerted the lady to these defects, she basically said that she was aware of them (!!) and that they were on order but hey in the meantime she had to rent the boards out. When I replied that maybe she shouldnt and wait until they had been repaired all we got was a cold shrug. We absolutely love Woolacombe but we will steer clear of this place next time we are here!

        Very rude and obnoxious. Tried making me wash sand off the boards in stream! Waa told he could not use hose beacause of covid!
