Back again for another short break in a beautiful room with a view of the sea. This place has a rich history during the war were US soldiers trained and lived on site The sound of the sea makes you just want to close your eyes and drift off, but one cant as the wife is off to the spa and me to the bar. Waking to high winds and rain on Friday highlighted the damaged window seal just under the handle which resulted in a leak on the window sill above the radiator. Concern was raised at checkout to allow maintenance. All staff were customer focused and helpful during our break which made for a very relaxing few days - Thank You WBH.

April 2023 stayed the weekend. Lovely hotel. Food and staff were great. Especially Jonathan in the restaurant who made sure we had everything we needed. But every one of the staff were lovely and friendly. Room was amazing. Even as we didn't have a view of the sea. Potter Hill room was perfect for our little family or 4 adults or family with teenagers would also work well. Can't think of anything but All good things from us.
