Lulworth mews

I recently stayed here with my wife to celebrate her 40th birthday. There were three families split across the two cottages that make up lulworth mews 1 and 2 and we had ample room. The cottages themselves are basic but totally fine for a short stay. The kids loved the bunk beds in the large shared room. The grounds are very big and we had great fun playing badminton and football in the field. The thing that lets lulworth mews down is the marketing. It is not at all clear that the two cottages are joined to a 3rd property that is also let out. The grounds are therefore shared with other guests from this house as well as campers. None of that bothered us at all but it should have been made clear from the marketing material as some other guests were terribly disappointed on discovering this. We had a really nice time and the location is great. If you are looking for a place to stay in Dorset when travelling as a large group it is worth a look. The people who run it are all very nice and helpful.
