The staff on this site go over and above to make your stay pleasurable from unhitching your caravan and positioning on your pitch to hooking it back on again on leaving. They were out in all weathers helping and assisting....they are truly a credit to this site. Always a smile and a friendly hello when you see them and other staff. The place is immaculate with level pitches, situated in a pretty village with thatched cottages and is within a stones throw lf a bus stop and railway station, no need for the car or motorhime once you're there. All in all a great site and well deserved of all accreditations it has earned. We would definately visit again.

I stayed here for the week end and have to say ignore the bad reviews and make your own decision. The owners are very welcoming and obviously work hard because the site is immaculate. We enjoyed our little stay, facilities are spot on the pitches are a good size and it's all very well organised. We'll deserved 5 stars from me. Ps. if you moan about a railway and you booked the campsite with out checking it out on Google maps thats your fault not the camp sites.

We enjoyed our stay,the sanitary block was very clean as was the rest of the site. Train station nearby with regular trains to Poole/Weymouth and also a good bus service,pub and shops also close by. Only one niggle..wife said in the ladies shower the water comes out in very fine spray and for 10 seconds at time making it difficult to wash hair. But apart from that and struggling to enter the door code for the dish washing area with your hands full, everything else was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

If you are going there, remember that you must go to sleep at 10 pm, otherwise if someone hears you talking to someone quietly after this hour, the owner will come in the morning and literally throw you out of the campsite. We sat politely in front of the tent, we didn't make any noise, we didn't do any party, also no one came from the campers to pay attention to us if we were actually loud. There is no option then to use the bathroom or get ready before the trip. The owners called the police because they thought it took 15 minutes to assemble the tent... DRAMA! Thanks to the policeman, we had the opportunity to use the bathroom, but if it wasn't for her, we would have been driving home dirty for 5 hours. I wholeheartedly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. People who work there should think about their behavior and should not make fun of others. I felt like I was being mocked by them because I'm not British... I also confirm other opinions that the owners, instead of solving the problem, go from tent to tent and talk about you, if you behaved badly according to them. Jeli si tam wybierasz, to pamitaj e musisz i spa o godzinie 22, bo inaczej jak kto usyszy, e rozmawiasz z kim po cichu po tej godzinie, to z rana przyjdzie waciciel i dosownie Cie wyrzuci z pola namiotowego. Siedzielismy kulturalnie przed namiotem, nie haasowalismy, nie robilimy adnej imprezy, rwnie nikt nie przyszed z obozowiczw eby zwrci nam uwag jeli faktycznie bylimy gono. Nie ma adnej opcji wtedy eby skorzysta z azienki czy jakkolwiek si ogarn przed podr. Waciciele wezwali policj, bo myleli, e zoenie namiotu trwa 15 min... DRAMAT! Dziki pani policjant mielimy moliwo, skorzystania z azienki, ale gdyby nie ona to jechalibymy 5h brudni do domu. Z caego serca NIE POLECAM tego miejsca. Ludzie ktrzy tam pracuj powinni si zastanowi nad swoim zachowaniem oraz nie powinni namiewa si z innych. Poczuam si jakbym bya wyszydzana przez nich, poniewa nie jestem Brytyjk... Potwierdzam te inne opinie e waciciele zamiast rozwiza problem, to chodz od namiotu do namiotu i obgaduj, nagaduj na Ciebie jeli le si zachowae wedug nich.
