        Cash before care. I took my dog into the Medivet late one evening. Before I had even explained the symptoms the lady had already typed an invoice for over 1000. This was before she had checked my dog over and never looked at the stool sample I brought with me. I have another dog who had the exact same symptoms merely days earlier and was showing improvment with meds. Was not interested in this. She said that 48 hours care under them was necessary because my dog needed iv fluids that could onky be given in house. She then repeately told me my dog might die in the next 24 hours and even maybe in the next 3.After refusing to pay the 1000+, she left and returned with a syringe of iv. fluid at a cost of 17. For the rest of the consult she would nit talk to me. She brought a colleague in who spoke on her behalf but neither of them looked at me for the rest of the consult. Appalling cash grabbing behaviour. My dog is fine now. I should add that they refused to provide me with a receipt, stating it would be sent to me by email. Because of this I am unable to claim on insurance.

        Will is absolutely amazing cant give him the credit that he is due. From start to finish he has been there for my dogs and his knowledge is outstanding. He setup a payment plan also for me as insurance wouldnt pay out in first 14 days. I would never use another vet again and have recommended Will and medivet to everyone. Thanks team you are amazing
