I miss words because I have not met with a worse agency! repairing one window and replacing the (old) other one at all was impossible to ask after written e-mails where the whole window was covered with mold! after (happy) moving out, they graciously returned 3/4 of the deposit after receiving the formal letter in which it was contained, if it does not return, the case will be in court! Only I am asking what right did they take 250 ??! for what?!!! No prior contact or I consent to it! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY! Disrespect! No professional!

As landlords with properties to let, weve worked with Mark and Debbie for years and been delighted. But times change and something has gone wrong with the company since it was bought out. We have one property managed by Scott-Symonds where the tenant pays the rent to them but for six months none of that rent has been passed to us. They say this is an administrative problem to be resolved soon but this has been going on for months. Weve now taken the property out of their hands and can no longer trust them with our money. Sad to see a really good ethical estate agent go down like this as a result of the takeover.
