Such an amazing range of stock for a small shop! Lots of new releases too. Everything is beautifully presented, and the owners are really helpful. If there's a book you need, you can order by email and it will arrive next day.

I wondered into the shop today to find a new book to read with my son at bedtime. I told the lovely lady that he likes animals and magic and how old he is and she immediately recommended a selection of books and knew what they were all about. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the stock and that she had read these books! I ended up purchasing her first recommendation and its perfect. I could have spent hours browsing this shop. Its not large but the stock is so well chosen and presented. It was nice to be in a physical bookshop, hunting for the prefect stories, rather than sorting by best reviews on a website. Thank you!

Very good independent bookshop with very well chosen stock in a small space - varied fiction and non, something for everyone, and lovely cards. I went in for a browse and came away with two interesting finds. And, having overheard our conversation about a newly published book, the lady proprietor was able to answer my questions about it. Currently open restricted hours, but very good at social distancing, limiting the number of people at one time.
