        I ordered a ring for my wife for our 10 year anniversary and Libby emailed to say that it was out of stock. She then went out of her way to source a similar stone and made up the ring in a very tight timescale therefore saving my marriage!! The service and craftsmanship are 1st class. My wife loved the ring, thanks Libby. Highly recommended!!

        An exceptionally gifted jeweller and a heart of gold! I bought my Wife a ring that was resized on purchase, but when I got home found it to be the wrong size - completely my fault! I called Libby in a panic as the shop was about to close for Christmas, and she was happy to allow me to dash back to Woodstock and have the ring resized perfectly in time for Christmas Day and my Wife loved it! I can honestly not thank you enough - I thought this was so kind of you!
