Caremark (West Oxfordshire & Cherwell)

I have worked for Caremark for numerous years as a second job. The staff are lovely and there is always plenty of work if you are willing to take on the hours. I am only leaving due to relocating to another part of the country. Work is spread out across West Oxfordshire so be prepared to travel but rotas are usually done sensibly. Staff and management are always understanding of employees circumstances.

My Dad passed away in August but the Caremark carers had visited him at home for more than two years before he was taken into hospital. They continued to care for him all through the pandemic lockdown and never missed a visit. They were brilliant with my Dad, providing care with dignity, which enabled him to remain in his own home as he wished, and also regular company, which lifted his spirits. I can't praise them enough for doing what is a difficult job so very well and with great kindness. Thank you!
