Dr T A Turner - Woodstock Surgery

Needed an urgent appointment on the day recently. Very happy with care received. I have been a patient at the practice for around 6 years and I've never had any issues with the staff. All GP surgeries up and down the country have been struggling due to staff shortages and funding cuts. Woodstock also have to deal with a very cramped, dated building however they do their best with what they're given.

The worst doctors surgery in England. The lack of empathy is a disgrace, be ready to be spoken to like dirt and in a derogatory way by reception staff. There is one exceptional Dr Becker but everyone knows this and you can't see him for weeks in advance. The duty dr care is lacking and this is a dangerous frontline / first point of contact for patients needing urgent care. Missed diagnosis of some very serious conditions due to a lack of urgency and duty of care. I would not register my children here because I care for their wellbeing, I also removed myself, my husband and my mother and grandmother although the latter passed away as a result in delays of treatment. Register here if you want to be talked down to, disregarded by receptionists who lack empathy, privacy and general manners.
