Elite Windows Ltd

I have chosen Elite Windows for the installation of a glass roof ), windows and bi-folding door for my conservatory. Just a few weeks after the installation, the roof started leaking, two windows have condensation, and the bi-folding door would not lock. I contacted Elite Windows, and I have found out that the job was sold to another company without my knowledge. The company doesn't want to do any repairs as the contract I signed is with Elite Windows. However, Elite Windows happily sold the job and made the profit, but not really want to honor their warranty. It has been a year, where I am in this mad circle between these two parties, and I need to take Elite to court to get this sorted. I will not use them ever again or recommend it to anyone. They have also told me, in a very rude manner, that in case of leaving bad review, they will deny any involvement, so unprofessional! When contacting them theye were dismissive and arrogant.
