Along with my wife were my two young children aged 2 and 4 and thank goodness they were all safe, it really doesn't bear thinking about what would have happened if they were crossing the road and not wrapped in the protective shell of our car!!!!!
There were no witnesses, so the rotter subsequently lied and blamed my wife, the result is an increased insurance premium and a large excess bill to pay in order to get the car fixed.
If this is the way this company behave on a day to day basis take heed.
