FOOD IS TERRIBLE. Tasted worse than what you get on a Budget airline. One plate simply cost you 13! This is unreasonably bad. The Mac&Cheese tasted nothing but overcooked pasta with no condiments. While the environment looks nice, dont be conned in having lunch here. Never. Youve been warned.

During our visit to Blenheim we were directed to the Water Terrace cafe as the group wanted a hot meal. On arrival the restaurant did not look too busy and we able to find a table. We realised it was a buffet cafe- which was not a problem, until we were standing there for over 30 minutes waiting to be served our meal. It turned out they had no hot food from the menu available. The queue had a come to a stand still! No member of staff explained what the problem was or how long we would need to wait. No management front of house. All left to one young member of staff who appeared to be overwhelmed. It was chaos! The situation could have been made better if a staff member in charge actually took charge, and worked out a better procedure in light of these situations to placate people, and inform them of the situation and reassure that everything is under control. After 3 members of the group finally got something to eat ( I did not) they told me it was definitely not worth the wait. Mediocre. Probably the same quality half price in Wetherspoons. No discount or vouchers offered. No apology for poor service. Considering where we were. It was a long way from good service and grandeur.
