Yoga with Juliet at The Garden Studio

My wife and I love our yoga classes with Juliet. She is a wonderful teacher and we learn something new each lesson. She is really wonderful with beginners as she teaches you the basics and how to hold the various positions. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and we have recommended her classes to numerous friends.

I cant recommend Juliets classes enough. Ive only been attending for a couple of months and I can already feel such a positive difference in my body and mind. Juliet is a fantastic teacher, she really guides you through each movement. The studio is like a little oasis. Dont hesitate to book a trial session.

Juliete is the most amazing yoga teacher.. I have been with her for 4 months now and I can honestly say I am feeling fantastic!! Her routines are different every week and she explains and helps you in every way to make sure you are doing each move correctly. I look forward to her class every week and love the way she pushes you to bend and stretch to your limits. Love this lady Thankyou Juliete

I love going to Juliet's classes, they're always challenging and energising. The location is so handy and her garden studio is a lovely space too.

I've been going to Juliet's classes for around a year now. I enjoy the classes and Juliet's teaching a lot - it's certainly a highlight of the week! There's a nice and relaxed atmosphere amongst the students - nobody is competing against each other; the studio has the perfect size and is a calming space; the classes have options to suit different levels of strength/experience and are well structured and most important of all Juliet is a very warm, encouraging and supportive teacher. I cannot recommend Juliet's classes highly enough!
