They have no customer service the young guy who picks up the phone will not send a driver for time and make me wait for 25min im calling the office no body is picking up such a big shame he is super rude I will not get a taxi from this office ever again they have made me miss my appointment many times its ridiculous!!

The driver discriminated against my disabled mother and would not let her enter the car leaving her struggling to stand as he shut the door on her. She had to struggle with the bully driver barking at her that her wheelchair and shopping trolley is a problem when we said that we could put them in there and the driver says let's see then locks up the car so we couldn't do anything. Oh and the receptionist you would believe that they would try rectifying the problem tried to charge her 20 instead of the 14. Disgusting. The reception was very patronizing and aggressive towards me when I tried to explain what had happened as my Mum was deeply upset and was not listening was just being very patronizing towards me then they said that it was TfL and when I asked for the driver's reference to report to the tfl he is not giving to me and told me to call the police or something then hangs up. They are nothing but bullies and are very vile people to people with disabilities. Shameful
