I cannot begin to explain how wonderful it has been renting from this company. The owner is extremely good at her job and responds instantly to everything. From the minute I viewed the property and then over a year on it has been nothing but great. The odd thing thats needed fixing has been dealt with so professionally and within a few days. I live in the most gorgeous flat on the river and feel lucky that I got it through a high quality, professional, friendly and approachable company. I couldnt recommend them anymore. Fantastic!

Looking for or renting a property in London is not the best thing ever. Most agents' tactics are: - Get 10, 20 or 30 people at the same time. - Put pressure on you, saying 40 people already viewed the property. - You have to offer above the price if you really want the property. - Respond now, or the property is gone. If you want friendly, respectful and fantastic service, please contact The Property Resource. We went to see a flat we knew would be in high demand. Matthew and Amanda were calm, with no pressure from the very beginning. They were honest without being rude. Instead of selling a property, they advised us on what we were looking for. It is a shame the property was small for us, but fingers crossed, they can find a property for us. A+++ for you, and I wish more agents work the way you do.
