I was very grateful for graham's quick response to my dilemma. He sorted out the leak and was very informative and friendly. Obviously I now have some redecorating to do but it could have been much worse.

As a letting agent covering Carlisle and West Cumbria we have used Graham from G Connel Plumbing Services for all our plumbing and heating issues over the last 10 years. We have always found Graham to be polite and approachable. Although we try to avoid contacting contractors on a weekend, Graham has always been available at the end of a phone to provide advice or attend an emergency call out when prompt assistance has been required. Prices charged always seem fair and work has been carried out to a good standard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Graham or G Connel Plumbing Services to anyone looking for a plumber / GasSafe registered heating engineer.

Most unprofessional tradesman I've ever come across....for the 2nd time this man promised to come and do job for me...never turned up..didnt phone...didn't reply to messages When I did get him said couldn't speak.".sorry but he forgot about me"...would call to arrange a visit...but did NOT....worst example of professional tradesman I ever met...
