called these guys at 9am to fix a leaking stop tap , i was told that someone would be with me in 3 hours ..... 5 hours later no phone call , no nothing , so i called them again and once again they said some one will be over within 30 mins ....... now 7 hours later , no phone call ,no contact no nothing so i called again and was told that someone will be there in 15 minutes and still no show ...... they then call me back 8 hours later to tell me that they can not do the job !!!!!! .... they claim to be 24hr emergency call out plumbers !!!! there a total joke , avoid at all costs !!!!!
