Very helpful professional, clean organised and calm but efficient without being clinical. Very good instructions on how to use eyedrops. Even though its 2 miles away i will definitely re visit .

Absolutely no telephone manner, just go quiet and leave you listening to the phones ringing with no explanation. Called back one minute after a missed call and they didn't even know they rang me, asking around the whole office. Patronising , unprofessional & unsympathetic
