SCAM! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Took FULL payment, made only ONE visit instead of the promised three. Kept promising to return but NEVER showed up. NEVER done repair work that was paid for, Luke Sewell just threw a few poisons around. Stopped answering my calls. Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Service: Rodent extermination

Stay away!!!! I had to call them back for a different issue for them to resolve. A massive thank you to ninja roof climbing pestdestroy team. Important update! a couple of weeks later the mesh start falling out, eventhough was spotted by one or their team on a second visit, and suggested to call back, they took no responsibility and wanted to charge more to fix the shoddy work....after agreeing to comng out they expected me to pay for the scafolds... the firts time round they were happy to climb the roof.... My advice stay away from these guys...

Really poor service, I paid in full for 4 pads of poison and a refusal to return to my home for proofing the completion of service. They wanted a large contract that I was unable to give them and I heard nothing of them after the first visit. I tried to call and book in the second appointment and was given the run around that someone will call me back . I still have an infestation and out of pocket. Someone needs to call me back and explain this situation. Until such time I would not recommend or use this service again and might have to move house as I hate living with mice.
