Got due to bed bugs. Very professional and honest firm. No bull that it will be 100% gone, which I prefer honesty to a lie to make me feel better. But gave me do's and don'ts to do to help me get there. Sarah, not Sally as I kept calling her was lovely, very professional and explained a lot and corrrected all my suppose knowledge I got from google. 1st of all DO NOT USE ANY PRODUCT ADVERTISED. Especially smoke bombs, they cause more problems and TBH more work for you before they arrive, as needed to prepare for the real treatment which smoke bomb residue will hamper. And may make getting rid that much harder as spreads them all over the property. Hopefully I'm going to be bed bug free soon thanks to this company. Service: Bed bug extermination

What a revelation! I have had many infestations of what I assumed were bed bugs and when me and my lodger started getting bites I assumed it was bed bugs again. Sarah came over and did the inspection extremely thoroughly. I have used various pest control companies before and many of them didnt even do inspections before doing treatment for bed bugs - they just take the money. Sarah didnt find any evidence of bed bugs and instead thought it to be carpet beetle larvae skins is causing skin reactions. Sarah explained the psychology behind bed bugs and how mass hysteria and anxiety can exacerbate skin reactions and how people often assume they have bed bugs but it can be many other things. She explained all the misinformation behind bed bugs and I was left empowered and educated. This is a rare ethical company who debunk all the myths behind bed bugs and wont rip you off and treat you for bed bugs when you dont have them like all the other pest control companies. Highly recommend this place - finding bed bugs is obviously extremely stressful but this company were absolute lifesavers. Terry answered our initial phone call and was incredible - he was calm and patiently answered all of our questions even before we had decided to pay for their service. He seems to genuinely care and was extremely knowledgeable. We decided to go with the company based on this and had Sarah come out to do her initial inspection. As others have said, she is very thorough and reassuring. We needed to have two treatments for our bedroom but the second treatment was discounted which we appreciated. You will receive a very thorough folder with tonnes of useful information created by the owner (David). He is clearly an expert in the area which explains why the treatment was so successful. When I woke up covered in mysterious bites night after night, I was convinced I had bed bugs. I was very stressed, itchy and ashamed. Bed Bugs Ltd's website was very helpful in separating the facts from the fiction and understanding how bed bugs actually work. They dispatched me a monitor kit PACKED with information very quickly. There was a lot to learn and take in but the website and booklets were less overwhelming than trying to understand the contradictory information I was getting from other places. It was also reassuring to be given a very thorough explanation of bed bugs and what to do rather than a breezy overview. I am glad they told me not to hire a contract cleaner as I would have thrown money away on that. I sent some suspected bedbugs in for the identification service and was relieved to be told that they were not in fact insects at all. This put my mind at ease. Terry then followed up with advice as to what else might be causing the bites and how to deal with it - despite it being a bed bug-specific company. The diatomaceous earth they sent me also kills pretty much all other insects, so I have not wasted my money. Following his advice on spring-cleaning the room thoroughly seems to have solved the issue. Terry was also very helpful when I encountered non-insect issues like my card payment not working. Even though I ended up not actually having a bed bug problem, these guys were great at helping me to keep calm in a difficult time and making me feel equipped to handle the problem.
