Bluebird Care Highgate & Haringey

Having recently joined Blue bird care I can honestly say, it is a great company to be working for. They care very much for the clients and staff, and ensure their needs are met to the highest standard. They also ensure the staff (me included) have all the training required and support whenever necessary. The company is always eager to hear from the staff about any problems, and of course any praise from clients and families. I would highly recommend this company for a career . They have shown me nothing but, support, care for my well being & advice in balancing my family and work schedules.

In the space of almost two years I was working for Bluebird Care Highgate and Haringey, I have come across a wonderful team of hard-working and devoted individuals coming from a variety of backgrounds, all of who have contributed immensely to the lives of our customers and their families. Due to various training opportunities offered by the company, not only was I able to improve the level of care for the customers and make my communication with them easy and smooth, but also gain many valuable life skills, including First aid and CPR. Throughout my working period, the management has always been trying hard to meet the needs of the employees whether it was concerning the change of circumstances, working hours or emergency situations, and communication was very open and easy within the team. Additionally, more experienced carers, whenever possible, were helping out and assisting the less experienced ones, all in order to ensure the best possible care for every person.

I've been working with Bluebird for 3 months now. There was a lot a training to start and still guidance as needed. I definitely feel appreciated and am enjoying the work I'm doing.

Bluebird care is really a great and professional company that not only cares about thier clients but they are also very careing towards thier staff, who always check up on you to make sure that we are all okay .The office staff are friendly and professional any problems and they are thier to help .i would definitely recommend this company.
