        I went to see Alayne upon the recommendation of a friend who spoke very highly of her as an experienced psychotherapist. She is as gentle and thoughtful as youd like someone who you divulge your secrets to be, yet very professional and goal-driven in our therapy sessions. I felt confident and safe enough to have my first hypnosis session with her and it has proven very effective as she expected. Alayne has helped me face my fears head on and going to see her is one of the best decisions I have made I can finally enjoy a swim in the ocean without anxiety.

        Suffering from arachnophobia for years, Alayne succeeded where others just could not through hypnosis. All I can see now are big fluffy spiders with smiley faces and my attitude has changed completely. Wonderfully patient, thank you very much!
