Jason was very helpful in fitting my battery and providing information and advice. However the grumpy lady at the reception and the equally grumpy manager (Clive) are extremely abrupt and rude!! Honestly, Jason deserves to work in a nicer place. The rude receptionist was so quick to get off the phone, didn't want to hear what I had to say and just argumentative. Her and the manager are a match made in heaven! How do you expect to retain customers with that atrocious behaviour!? All I wanted was an explanation as to what battery type Jason input when coding my AGM battery because on the battery test printout it said Regular Liquid so I wanted to make sure he got the battery type input correctly during coding. I requested to speak to Jason for just 2 minutes but all she told me was that he's busy working on a car. Well I paid for my service so using two minutes of his time should not be a problem. I mean the sheer lack of customer skills is evidently showing! The lady started arguing saying We did what we had to..and I dont have the battery test printout in front of me so I dont know..youll have to come in to sort it out But I have the printout in front of me and Im telling her exactly what it says! How stupid can you be, woman?! Was thinking of using them again, but after the fiasco with her and the manager, I will stay well away and I suggest others too, unless you want to be treated like a 5 year old! Jason, thank you! The other two dont deserve any praise. They really need to sort their attitude and PR skills! Oh and when I paid by card and asked for a receipt she told me you don't get one. That's a lie! The best mechanics in Croydon. Having been quoted 1200 by another mechanic, I paid less than half that here, staff couldnt have been nicer or more informative! These are the only people I now trust with my car who I feel wont quote more because Im a young woman.
