        Absolutely disgusted with the way my family, especially my mum, has been treated by this company! Rude, arrogant, too many mistakes made....you're a funeral company dealing with families who have lost loved ones....you shouldn't be making mistakes! And then to say your manager will contact us and he doesn't.....disgusting. My mum was hung up on today after a heated discussion with a woman no doubt because she did not like being told how disgraceful your company is. You dont chase for payment??? Why did you ring then???? Idiots.....payment had been made that day.....dont pass the buck saying your finance department are behind....another mistake made what a surprise! Appaling company, you should be ashamed!
