The doctors are extremely lovely, kind and helpful. They are always willing to help and are extremely approachable and friendly! The reception team are always helpful - fantastic service always!

I called 111 because I'm very sick and they told me to call the GP to make an appointment to give me antibiotics. When I called the GP the lady who answered was straight-up rude and I told her I needed antibiotics from my doctor, and she answered "you don't have anything serious". without explaining to her what I have, and she has drawn a conclusion on her own, and I told her I wanted to talk to someone else or a manager, because you are very rude, and she hung up on me. the time was 03:36 pm 23/12/2022.

Worst GP ever they dont have appointments at all. I called at 8:13Am and they told me no appointment for today I dont know how?its been 13 minutes how all the slots are full and they are not giving appointments for the next days you need to call that day morning.Sometimes they dont even answer your phone.

Irresponsible... Called a week ago saying my son not eating well and loosing weight, and the receptionist told me doctor will call you. It's been already a week and doctor still haven't called me.. And it's not the first time, when doctor doesn't call. I am changing my GP! I wish i could give zero stars.

No time for appointment. To busy Now is 4 days I try to have a appointment but no chance and I was in the gp then they give me not appointment too . The staff are no good because they stay here to help me and not to give me more stress .
