I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Receptionists are insanely rude. Waited over 2 hours on the phone for an appointment this morning only to be told they no longer take appointments over the phone and I have to use an online system I've not been told about. My last appointment I had to wait over an hour in the surgery - so late even the reception staff went home. Avoid like the plague - worst surgery I've ever had the displeasure of.

Please please please donot register in this place. Yes I'm truly saying garranted you will not be seen while you're ill. You will have to speak to the robot. Robot will be asking you a silly questions . You will be texting for about 30min. All my family had a bad experience with the PMC. We are in the process of changing the GP.

They have stopped the online booking service. I called at 8:00 sharp. Was waiting on a queue for 10 minutes when my turn came they disconnected me. Called again, waited 20 minutes. The doctor I saw, Joseph (I cannot remember his surname) had terrible bedside manners. He didn't solve my problem, gave me almost the same medicine I had been using that proved ineffective. Other doctors in the practise were good but all in all this is the worst surgery I have ever been to in my almost 19 years in the UK.

Awful. WIll only discuss one issue and you have to book another appointment to speak about anything else. Went with a child and could not discuss two serious issues. Hard to get appointments even though one child has underlying long term condition. Terrible place. WIll be moving surgeries asap.
