Dirty Dirty Dirty. Everywhere needs a good and deep wipe down before anyone enters. Out of date...the man is telling you 'ah it is still good, my friend' I don't pay for expired product. Customer service....doesn't breathe in that place. Last straw was when they laughed at a mentally ill customer who had made the shop a pick up point but delivery hasn't yet been delivered, but he came early. Stating to him 'what do you want us to do, , fly and get it, come on don't be silly' If that is how they treat customer with special needs...I can't imagine what they do or say behind close doors.

They refused to receive my UPS delivery and it was sent back. Unbelievable! I paid good money for this service but I never got the service. Are they really a UPS access point? Avoid avoid avoid!

Staff bark at you because you take parcels to the counter instead of to the self service point at the back of the store. Cramped store, really awkward. Recommend the InPost/Collect+ point in The Mall instead, guest services there are great.

A UPS drop-off point to avoid. It also a newsagent. Rude, unhelpful, surly staff with poor grasp of English. Unbelievable that any courier company would use their "services". Also told me a parcel had been picked up when it later transpired that it was still waiting to be collected.
