My first contact with Joe of JJC Compu-Techies was when I had to replace my old laptop. I was at a loss when it came to buying a new laptop as there where so many out in the market place. However, Joe offered unbiased advice based on my requirements. I am not a tech-savvy person so I got back in touch with Joe who transferred all the data from my old laptop to the new. Joe came to my home to do this. Joe was very professional in his approach and very courteous. I had many questions for Joe and he was not only able to answer my questions but took time to explain everything. I have since called Joe numerous times and Joe has never failed to take my calls, guiding me through any problems I had. I would highly recommend Joe, and Joe would definitely be my first port of call should I have any problems in the future.

I am delighted to recommend JJC Compu-Techies. I have used their services for over ten years and have always found them thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and prompt. There is no problem too hard for them to solve. They explain issues in ways which the amateur can fully understand. Ive never tried another company since this one has proved to be so competent. I recommend them very highly indeed.

I have known Jo Oladiran from JJC Compu-Techies for about eleven years since my late wife and I moved back from Sussex to Croydon, Surrey. Jo is very knowledgable in IT. I have often said that what Jo doesn't know about IT isn't worth knowing. Being disabled from birth (I'm now 72) with Cerebral Palsy and a profound hearing loss (which is made a little easier with hearing aids) Jo helps me over difficulties by offering helpful advice and solutions. For example:- I cannot hear very well over the telephone so when I need a code to unlock an account, Jo's suggestion was to get a mini recorder and put the recorder next to the hearing part of a landline telephone, press and the code is given on the recorder. I can then hear the code over and over again to input into my online account, and 'hey presto'! Jo also has the knack of explaining things to me in a way that my elderly brain can easily comprehend. For example, if I ask Jo how big 1TB (1 Tetrabyte) is, Jo comes up with an example (not to be taken literally). - If 1 KB = 1 paragraph. 1TB = An Encyclopdia (or something like that!) Over the years, and especially during the last two years since my wife died, Jo has become one of my Rocks. I cannot emphasise strongly enough what this means to me. He has a 'knack' of thinking 'outside the box'. He advised me on which Security equipment would be most suitable and installed it for me at a very reasonable price. He advised me on a SmartPhone to alert Alexa/Echo (Amazon), and Ring.com; a doorbell camera which is accessed through Alexa/Echo. He advised me on a simple mobile phone so that I am able to send and receive text messages. I don't think there is a limit to Jo's talents. He is very conversant with anything and everything from ACER to ZIP., including Alexa, Micrososoft, Google, Firefox, etc. Jo is very reliable, punctual, reasonably priced and extremely friendly and very businesslike - he gets on with the job. He has my highest recommendation. If you need help with IT; get Jo. You will never be disappointed.
