The one thing I am grateful for is they were able to repair the screen without loosing all my files (big help) but could no longer plug a usb into my phone and transfer files from my phone to my computer after the repair.
I have had to purchase a new phone shortly after. So probably wouldn't rush back there unless I needed to save my data and I could accept a new phone maybe needed after the repair. My expectations would have been managed, but more than likely go somewhere else.
