This was my first time and I was made welcome and put at ease....offered a drink, had a chat whilst waiting ( i was early), and i was told what to expect. I had a 30 minute back, shoulders and neck massage and it was perfect. I felt lighter on leaving!

i am so grateful for this little hidden GEM. it is incredible to have something like this to access as a woman and as a muslim Hijabi. Get to enjoy all the spa luxury facilities in amazing prices and privacy. have been a fan even pre make over and love it even more now. i am even happier to know you can book for one so no having to wait around for someone else to be available. highly recommend any treatment here but my last facial by Tash was lovely. will always book again.

This seems to be a really good option for am intimate event for ladies, however I recommend to look elsewhere before you book. Let's start with the positives: you can book privately and the decor is reasonable. Sadly this is where it ends. We booked a hen do here for 4 ladies for 2 hours which included a treatment each. Reasons we won't go back: 1. The sauna and jacuzzi are both hot and there is not a cold pool/ice bucket etc go counter balance. Thus a health and safety risj 2. Theee was one jug of water for all 4 or us and given there is no way to cool down, risk of dehydration is high. 3 there was no slip mats and this raised health and safety concerns for us as no slip warnings and given this 1as a 'wet' area this concerned us 4. Despite asking for more pressure and clarifying treatments (massage and exfoliation) the pressure was poor and the technicians did not appear body confidant. 5 the shower went hot and cold. 6 at the end we were rushed out as no changing rooms and 1 shower to serve 4 people. 7 due to the treatments taking place in the same area as jacuzzi the temperature was not able to ve regulated due to some people still having Treatments and getting cold and people using sauna and jacuzzi becoming faint due to heat This was not a relaxing experience sadly, and felt rushed and uncomfortable . Disappointing and costly.
