Extremely bad service, so many cancelled appointments making an extremely stressful experience, please improve your service as this has been so awful and other women shouldn't have to be treated like this once a decision has been made. I am so upset with the way I've been treated, feel extremely let down by the system having to wait over a month for abortion to be carried out and missing out on my choice of procedure due to the lack of appointments, you shouldn't have to wait more than 2 weeks and I'm fearful my next appointment will also be cancelled. There should be a nurse / doctor available to cover sickness of staff so women don't have to wait so long for their appointments. It seems there is no care or empathy for your patient's. So distressed with this whole thing I can't put in words.
