Richard has been my first port of call on several occasions when I've needed a locksmith for landlords and clients buying/selling property on a variety of different scenarios as well as for work in my own home. Electronic garage opener inadvertently left inside.. No windows or side door allow entry..normal key not working! Richard was able to open the up and over door without causing any damage whatsoever. He reset the gear, freed up the door lock and rejigged the key so it would actually open the door. We were more than delighted and thought his charges very reasonable. We cant recommend him highly enough.

Richard came to resolve issue with locks in two museum objects. One was locked with no keys, one was locked and had keys that didn't do anything. He was able to open the locks, service them and create new keys, all with causing no damage at all to the objects. It took several days to open all the locks as they were so seized. They now function beautifully and we have keys for both objects that operate the locks. I can't recommend Richard highly enough. It was a delight to work with him from my initial call to receiving the keys.
