Credit to Bellway. Good house layouts that older developers are not even thinking about. Decent sized gardens and good positioning of houses. Good quality kitchens and incentives. A three bed detached here with tandem parking that gives you that true detached feel that most developers do not give. Turfed gardens at the rear and decent fencing to give privacy. Just make sure it's freehold and even then check and double the terms and conditions attached. I have heard all to often about new buyers thinking they can convert a garage into a room. Yes you can but it may be in the conditions that the garage door stays. Having said that though I'm very impressed with the build quality and green areas designated hence my 5

Although many of the houses have been up for a year, systems such as the internet are still not in place resulting in months of hassle with openreach each blaming the other side. They refuse to fix most faults and if you have an enquiry forget it because customer care appears to just ignore you. You pay a service fee but I'm yet to see a service being delivered. On the up you don't need an alarm clock because the diggers beeping continuously will wake you up at 7am.
