Terrible business. Paid for 48 hour delivery a week ago. Keep getting fobbed off with it being everyone elses fault except themselves. My postie has not missed a delivery, im almost certain they havent sent it. When i called i was met with a certain attitude not needed when liasing with customers. 80 down the drain at this point with the only option given was to send them back when they eventually got here

Pretty poor service from these guys. Item was dispatched quickly, but upon receipt of it it wasn't as expected. Got a stroppy call from some guy saying it was my fault for not reading the ad properly, it was only some 5 axle nuts, I was just querying if they had the one I required, wouldn't have bothered leaving a review if it wasn't for the stroppy call. Bought an M15 nut, turned out to be an M14 nut. He says they're for their own branded axles, and that it's for a 15mm axle. So it's not an M15 nut... it's an M14 nut. They just can't comprehend that it's a standard metric size, and put an obscure non obvious note about sizes differing, then wonder why people order the wrong one. Got the impression this wasn't the first time. Their inability to understand standardised thread definitions would make me very dubious to order anything else from them... very odd. Not their first poor review I see...
