Sam Wells provided an excellent repair service to my alarm system that had probably not been looked at in 12 years. She sorted out the obvious fault by replacing the battery but also found a second fault (a corroded wire in the external bell/siren). This involved getting up a tall ladder when it was blowing a gale and raining! She also cleared up a mystery (a front door bell strangely powered via the alarm system). As a retired engineering professor, I was delighted to have my alarm so competently repaired by a female technician. We don't have anything like enough young women up taking up these kind of technical roles! All-in-all a 5-star job!

Asked Darron to decomission my old alarm. He came the next day and did a great job at a better than reasonable price. Thanks Darron, now I can put in a decent system.

House alarm going off after a power cut, couldnt get the alarm to go off, was so loud outside!! Rang Darren after finding him on Google, talked us through the steps, went off within 2 seconds! Getting in contact with him in the near future to sort the full house alarm system out. Cannot thank him enough!! Highly recommend!!!

Darren has always been superb when servicing or repairing my system. Nothing is EVER too much trouble, and he explains everything as he goes along. Would never use anyone else. Also, hes a top bloke as well! Great work Darren.
