        Stellar customer service - very responsive, usually within minutes/the hour. Quality products. We ran into an issue and the electrician said we got faulty switches, but after speaking with Switch to Wood, they figured out that we had the wrong switch modules and sent us the right ones. Needless to say, our electrician was very embarrassed.... Thanks to Switch to Wood, our project wasn't further delayed and we didn't incur more postage costs. Highly recommend!
