        I have got nothing but good things to say about this company: quality products, exceptional service. I have been dealing with Paul; he has always answered my calls and questions. They have supplied me with two machines; one second hand and the other new along with coffee and various other supplies. The quality of the products has been exceptional. The prices have been extremely competitive. I will certainly be using this company again.

        Very rude!!! the lady answered the phone didn't say hello or acknowledge that she had picked up the line. And then stated in a very rude manner. 'well are you going to speak!'. Maybe she is unsure of the etiquette of saying hello when you answer the phone. Companies like this don't deserve to be in business.
